The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made my experience memorable was the exceptional hospitality, especially from the breakfast restaurant team. The breakfast service was absolutely outstanding! Every morning, the restaurant staff greeted guests with warm smiles, genuine kindness, and attentive service. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and attention to detail made breakfast such a pleasant experience. You can truly feel how much they care about their guests. I would especially like to recognize Hanna, the manager, for her exceptional professionalism, leadership, and hospitality. She is incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. Her outstanding service and the way she leads her team deserve special recognition. A beautiful hotel is always nice, but it’s the people who make a stay unforgettable. "We had a very pleasant stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We booked two corner rooms, which were clean and comfortable, although the views from the fifth floor were not particularly impressive. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is fantastic — just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, with shopping and plenty of restaurants only a few blocks away. The breakfast buffet could be improved, particularly with more variety and better-quality cheese and cold cuts to accompany the bread selection. The eggs also need some attention; both days our eggs were overcooked, suggesting the kitchen could benefit from some additional training. Overall, what stood out most was the wonderful service and friendly staff. The location is hard to beat, and we would happily consider staying here again."
