"Bathroom was not great condition. Breakfast should be included. Casino is poorly run, people claiming they had money on the machines and supposedly walking away and claiming they left money on them. Management needs make this look into, travelers can feel more protected from outsiders. I will never want to make reservations here due to not feeling safe."

"Hotel clean, nice pool, great location, access to a private beach was a plus. The rooms were disappointing. Although nice view of the ocean from our room, we also had to look at the top of the building below which was dirty and an eyesore. The room was also outdated and had some minor issues with things not working properly. It did not feel like an upgraded experience. They hotel was very nice nice and accommodating about it and gave us credit to use at the restaurants. Overall nice experience."

"We had a great time at this hotel. There were always plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available. The pool area was nice. We weren’t very prepared for how expensive everything is, so check out the menus ahead of time and be prepared. You may want to head to the store when you get here and stock up on drinks and snacks. It’s in a very walkable area, where you can be at great restaurants and bars in a 15 minute walk. Service in the lobby bar is outstanding. Fernando at the towel hut was the best thing about the whole resort! How could anyone be grumpy when he’s around!? Love you, Fernando! You’re fabulous!"
