"I’ve stayed here twice and have not found the front desk staff very friendly. Both times I have felt as if I am inconveniencing them by checking in. Very unexpected and disappointing."

"The staff was warm and welcoming when we arrived, and our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very convenient to the highway (I-65) and had nice views. The indoor/outdoor pool was very nice too. Breakfast was provided and offered a good variety of choices. This will certainly be our regular stopping point as we travel from Florida to Michigan. "

"Construction at site. Lots of traffic so arrived at 650pm. Happy hour food was being removed by staff. Bartender had a hard cutoff for drinks at 700 pm. I paid $250.00 a night?? Not worth it! Second time I’ve stayed at an Embassy Suites this week. Not worth the money and no one has reached out to make it right. "
