"The blankets had a big stain that looks like it never got washed, we asked them to change them and it took hours before they gave us new ones, and the room had a really bad smell. Bad customer service!"

"We had a terrible experience at this property, so much so that we checked out after only a couple hours on site. The room was absolutely unacceptable in terms of cleanliness: stains on all the furniture, dirt and hair in every corner and black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The whole propery is run down. The staff, however, was incredibly friendly and helpful."

"Our room had a few places where the drywall was needing attention. It was a very roomy stay for just an overnight. It would have been nice if the pool had been enclosed and open to use. Other than that the breakfast was the usual type of offerings given at hotels that offer breakfast. The hours the breakfast was open seemed a bit constraining at only 2 hours."

"The staff was very friendly. I forgot an item that I left in my room. The staff member that answered the phone gladly went to the room (the top floor) and recovered it for me so I could pick it up when returning home. "

"I stayed here years ago after their renovation. Nothing has been done since then. The whole place is in terrible condition. The furniture is old and chipped. The carpet is dingy. The water in the bathtub takes forever to drain. Spend your money elsewhere."
