"Great location with a konbini and Starbucks literally right around the corner. It’s very walkable and close to the Cup of Noodles museum, the pier and mall. Basamichi station was pretty close by and we were able to get taxis easily and quickly. Top notch hotel."

"Very convenient location & easy to find public transport ( train & bus). Good access to nearby areas. Too bad there is scheduled off for 2 hrs. of the hotel that we stay on 1st day. Space is bit small for 4 adults. Amenities are pretty new as they just opened last Nov. As the location is within China town, expect to have little street sound, even in the early morning even though already have the sound proof windows. Staffs are all excellent & helpful + very friendly. Bravo to the staffs!"

"The hotel is located right next to Sakuragicho station very convenient to the main tourist areas in Yokohama but also allowing for easy travel to other parts. The room was relatively large (for Japan) and very clean. I would stay again for sure"

"台風直撃の日の宿泊でしたが、快適に過ごせました。 チェックイン時に部屋のアップグレードをすすめていただき、横浜の花火が見られる部屋を案内いただきました。 台風で外に出られない場合を考慮して、朝食も予約しました。非常に満足の朝食をいただけました。特に驚いたのが、おかゆ！　人生過去1番で美味しいおかゆでした。他も横浜中華街を意識した料理などもあり満足度が高かったです。 19階からの眺望を楽しみながらの朝食と快適な部屋でまた来たいと思います！ 台風直撃のなか、たぶん総支配人と思う方が朝食の際に拝見いたしました。スタッフの方々含めて、台風の中もサービス提供ありがとうございました。"

"The rooms were massive for Japan. Spacious, huge comfortable beds. Spotless. The entire hotel was immaculate. The Japanese pride themselves on cleanliness, the entire city is clean compared to most of the world. Breakfast had a large selection of freshly made food from numerous regions to give all international visitors their preference of food. Very easy access from underground mall connection to subway station makes getting to and from the Airport very easy."
