"The location of this property is great. Walking distance to great food and shopping. The beds are super comfortable. We stayed in the second suite, there is a long steep stair well to get up to your suite, so if stairs are not a good thing for you, stay in the lower suite. The staff was very helpful when we need assistance. Will stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. The location is perfect if your going to Toronto to watch a ball game or sight see. It’s beside the Roger’s Centre and the Aquarim. A short walk to St Lawrence Market and the waterfront. Very close to the TIFF theatres. Staff were attentive and helpful. The restauarant served a very good buffet breakfast. The pool and spa were spacious and immaculate. This hotel is top notch. I will never stay anywhere else when I return to Toronto....

"Overall good experience. Location was good! Just note breakfast does have a fee per person per day. Breakfast was hot and they did change it everyday (pancakes, waffles, then french toast). Room was clean and staff were friendly. They were accommodating throughout the stay. We had plenty of room in the suites as well."

"Nice hotel and comfortable king bed and windows you can open. No tvs in the rooms but iPads where you can login to your own streaming accounts. Nice cafe on the ground level for an easy breakfast. Staff are super!"

"It was great to include breakfast with our room. It was reasonably price, plentiful and delicious. Pool was so much fun even with the cold weather, half indoor and half outdoor pool. Gym had everything, very large and lots of equipment. Staff outstanding. Extremely generous and thoughtful. Great location!!!"

"The property was clean and the staff were very professional. I read some reviews that people had problems with the elevators, but I never had any issues. Check in and parking was easy. It was very convenient for the event I attended. Only complaint was there was 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole week lol. Though I probably could have asked for more, I find that's a bit awkward to have to ask."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Madison very much. The room was spacious with lots of windows and a fireplace. The bed was very comfortable, but they do need some thinner pillows for those of us who prefer them. The location in the Annex was perfect as our functions were in Yorkville. We ate at the pub both nights and enjoyed the calamari. Service in the pub was exceptional. Parking was right behind the building, and we could park the car in the driveway for loading and unloading.
