"Did not shop breakfast is good"

"Excellent breakfast and the staffs on-site for breakfast were quick and excellent with their service. Easy in and out parking. Plenty business, shops and restaurants nearby. The restaurant on site isn’t that bad either. Great food except their French onion soup was inedible. Way too salty!. The front desk ladies were very friendly and professional. During our stayed had issue with the AC. But they provided us with fan and suggested to opened window for breeze cooling air. Luckily it’s spring but won’t recommend to stay there during summer months if they won’t be able to fix that. So I would advise call them directly before booking. Overall I always like embassy suite, the size of the room it’s excellent for family of 4+ and love love the evening reception. "

"The facilities and staff were fine. Because the hotel allows pets, be prepared for loud dogs in the room on either side of you. "

"Room was fairly clean but the bathroom toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Everything else was nice"

"The Hotel & Casino was very nice! Clean, friendly staff! However, when we were told at check-in how to use our Food & Beverage Credit, it was not being excepted at the check-out when ordering and we were told to go back to the Hotel Check-In to get it fixed! At that point, we were too tired and considered it a loss."

"We loved the place wgen we git there. Friendly staff and nice, spacious rooms. It went downhill from there. We ate at their restaurant and the food was terrible. Old cheese on a salad, undercooked vegetables, dry sushi. We coulnt eat it. We were there for an overnight getaway and concert. After the concert, we went straight to bed. The next morning, I turned back my blanket to find this dried, bloody booger on my comforter. So disgusting. We reported it, but just git, "Ew. We should look into that." No apologies. I would never stay here again. "

"Staff were nice and very helpful. Parking was super easy. It’s a really cute place with an amazing location; walkable to the lake, the art museum, coffeehouses and restaurants. Was startled by an unfortunate visitor when showering, right before checking out. They just need to have an exterminator do some work. "
