Bedroom sheets and pillowcases were dirty with body hairs on them. It looked like the bed was simply made and neither the sheets nor pillow cases changed. Even had a “upgrade” that provided was in the same condition. Decided to just leave and paid for a room at another location. I was told to contact Hotels.com for a refund, 10 minutes later there was no one answer the call. I’ll just take it as a loss.

Pros: Good location (restaurants, shopping); spacious room; reasonable price. Cons: They do not have shampoo, conditioner or lotion. No breakfast - just coffee. They said they put out muffins and breakfast bars from 6-9 but they had neither either day I went to breakfast at 7am. When asked if they had more, they said no. They also ran out of cups for coffee the 2nd day I was there. Safety Concerns: The back door did not shut/lock properly so it was always open for anyone to come in. Often smelled marijuana. There is a designated parking spot in the parking lot for police. There is no sign on the outside of the hotel indicating it is a hotel - it is just blacked out.
