"A true five-star hotel. This is a beautifully designed property staffed with kind and helpful professionals. We loved the Mansion suite - elegant furnishings and wallpaper, with a constantly refreshed "maxi-bar" full of treats. The Portrait Bar - open only to guests during the day - is a welcome respite while waiting for your room or taking a break from all the walking in the city. Especially high praise goes to the concierge, who was able to secure a reservation at one of NYC's notoriously...

"We loved our stay here. The hotel was clean and in a perfect location for those visiting midtown during the holiday season. It's so close to Grand Central, Bryant Park, etc. The staff was friendly and parking was easy. We will be back!"
