"We stayed overnight at Sycuan while attending an event there, and everything about our stay was superb. I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. What impressed me most was that if I looked like I needed assistance, staff often came to me before I even had to ask. The entire property was clean, orderly, and beautifully maintained, and we had absolutely no problems during our stay. Our room was especially impressive — spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with charging outlets and stations everywhere, which was such a convenience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Sycuan to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-run hotel experience."

"Did a last minute booking and the staff was able to accommodate spa scheduling and late dinner. Gretchen was a skillful and professional masseuse. Bhushan and Sarah were both super helpful and responsive. I love the location overlooking the lake. The jacuzzi under the star was phenomenal "

"Lovely grounds and very nice hotel. Website should be updated as hotel no longer serves cooked breakfast. Baskets delivered each morning with coffee were very nice but we needed protein. Happy hour was fun and staff very helpful. "

"Beautiful location and clean. But! Not a peaceful place for couples or adults. When we stayed there, there were just two other rooms rented- one with a family of 7 and one with 6 college students sharing a room. Super loud common area directly outside room, kids running laps, banging on floors above us, very little privacy or calm. Property owners post guest’s full names for all to see which also seems like a safety issue. Great if you love chaos. "

"Disappointed with the lack of aesthetics at the pool and it was filthy. Lots of floating dead bees, mosquitos, and other insects. Also, the water spigot at our site was dispensing brown water. And our site had a sewer lid where you can smell the stench"
