"Older property so some quirks as expected. Older style furniture. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot, varied and well stocked, the pool was lovely esp as I had it to myself. Managed to park in the underground carpark each day although the spaces are tight. Charged at £4/24hrs. The atrium is a lovely space."

"We had a side sea view room, clean and well maintained. Great room. Breakfasts good with top class ingredients. We ate once for the evening meal. The food was pricey and quality was poor. Overall a really good hotel with great staff and exceptionally clean."

Only issue was the exposure to passive smoking. This took place on the porch through the day and evening."

Maybe signs making reference to noise levels in the room corridoors could prompt some guests to be aware of others. The bar is lovely, decor and clean and impeccable service but an idea could be to put sport on just one of the tv screens and maybe Sky news on the other with subtitles."
