"This is one of the most unique places we’ve ever stayed in. Every room in The Screen is done by a different designer and the one we got was incredibly spacious by Japanese standards. The room felt luxurious with its simple yet stunning design, comfortable bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, and great amenities. The Screen is located in a quieter part of the city but is only a quick walk to bus stops on Kawaramachi. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back."

"I had a great experience staying at Solaria Kyoto. The room was noticeably larger compared to other hotels, which made the stay much more comfortable and relaxing. One of the best parts of this hotel is its location—right next to the river. It was amazing being able to walk along the water, see people out enjoying their day, and take in the cherry blossoms lining the area. It really added a special touch to the whole trip. "Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Laundry on site was great and amemities nice. Great area, super quiet especially after staying in the busy part of Shinjuku right before heading to Kyoto. We had our bags transfered to the hotel no problem, and they helped us transfer to our next stay as well (via Yamoto Transport which was a great and inexpensive service). Overall great hotel!"
