The hotel location is perfect for exhibitions at the Tokyo Big Sight centre and only 20 minutes by taxi from Haneda Airport. 2 subway lines are next to the hotel for easy transport links. The only downside was the queuing for breakfast- facilities insufficient for the number of guests."

One of the biggest conveniences was the washer-dryer combo in the unit—it made traveling with kids so much easier. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience. "Hotel is lovely. The food options are very elegant and delicious. The service is impeccable. Highly recommend. It’s very close to one of the stations so it’s easy to get everywhere. But it’s outside the busiest parts of Tokyo so it’s relatively peaceful. It’s a beautiful view of the bay. I would definitely stay there again."

Extremely professional and friendly personel. Art exhibition in every floor for free as well as free tea ceremony two times a week. "

"We loved the location, close to a train station, in walking distance to both Tsukiji market and Ginza shopping, lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. A great coffee roaster right down the street. The only negatives we have are not enough places to hang towels or unpack clothes and only 2 washer/dryers. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, the staff were great."

"Huge rooms. In new part of the city, surrounded by modern apartment hi-rises. I stayed here as I had to be at the Toyosu Market tuna auction at 5,30am and it was a 20 minute walk from the hotel - much easier/cheaper than taxi/public transport from central Tokyo. Staff were very helpful, despite my limited Japanese and their limited English! Also, breakfast was really good!"

The staff was amazing, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything we needed—restaurants, sights, and train stations—was within walking distance. "This room type size is sufficient for two people stay. The staffs are friendly and helpful, they can speak English. If have difficulty to understand, everything could be resolve with Google translate. Only few minutes walk to the train station, with AEON supermarket nearby. A good area, quiet, convenient. I’ll stay in this hotel again for the future visit. "
