Hotels in Ocean Park

"It seems that owners are not investing in renewing original room items like blind curtains (mine was broken very noticebly) and overall room furshing shows rhe passage of age with no effort in replacing. Room cleaning staff did not replaced simple items like shower soap/gel. Breakfast offered extemely limited. Not even boiled eggs were offered. The staff was kind, parking pricey but good, and hotel location superb. It's a shame that a recently built hotel (less than 20 years old) so well located is not being taken care of the way it should be. Would I'll stay again? Possibly, in the absence of a better $ deal somewhere else depending on the season."

"Self check-in was a great feature, especially for travelers arriving at various times in the day. The property was very secure with a code to enter the property and separate code for the room. The room itself was clean with air conditioning that worked very well. Room was fitted with convenient amenities along with a small private terrace. One of the best amenities was the outdoor shower near the entrance of the property that allowed us reduce the sand tracked into our room, especially noting the shower in the room had lower water pressure. Location was good with close proximity to food options and less than 10min walk to the Ocean Park beach. Overall, a good choice for stay."

"Great quick over night. Very clean and comfy and literally in SJU airport ! Felt very safe. My only con is they make you eat breakfast in the restaurant you can’t take it back to enjoy comfortably in your room which I did not like. Also, their outdoor patio was closed. They have an incredible gym!! "

" I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The room felt outdated and unclean, and despite having a kitchen area, there were no dishes provided to actually cook with. Additionally, the parking and navigation in and out of the facility were incredibly difficult and poorly managed. The staff's unprofessional attitude made an already bad experience even worse."
