10/10 Excellent
"The rooms were clean and the linen smelled good. The air conditioner could use some attention, it didnt cool our room to temp we like. Check in was super easy and got to our room within a couple minutes instead of the usual 5-10 minutes. Highly recommend this hotel. "
"We had a great stay! The rooms are nicely decorated, fairly clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The decor throughout the hotel is really cute and gives it a cozy charm. The shower could use a little TLC, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome right away. The on-site food was absolutely delicious but just a bit on the pricier side. The pool area was lovely, perfect for relaxing after a day out.
Do note that it can get a little loud at times since the train passes right behind the hotel, but the location is super convenient and just a short drive to downtown.
All in all, a very enjoyable stay and we’d definitely come back!"
"Fantastic property! Great amenities, clean, quiet, close to everything in West Sedona! PHENOMENAL customer service by the front desk team (our reservation was in three separate bookings). We will definitely stay here again.
We especially appreciated the large tub and washer dryer. "
