"This was our second stay at the Grand Nikko and we were as impressed the 2nd time as we were the first. It's a beautiful property with excellent location. The train station was an easy walk (perhaps 50 yards or so), which made travel into Tokyo very easy. Should we travel to Tokyo again we will not hesitate to stay there again."

We had no luggage or anything besides what we were wearing and our back packs. I was very pleasantly surprised that the room had all the amenities we needed including skincare! "This room type size is sufficient for two people stay. The staffs are friendly and helpful, they can speak English. If have difficulty to understand, everything could be resolve with Google translate. Only few minutes walk to the train station, with AEON supermarket nearby. A good area, quiet, convenient. "Take the airport limousine to shinadome station, then take a go taxi to the hotel (make sure address is in Japanese). Check in was easy. They also have English speaking staff. Just a reminder that the check in is on floor 7. The buffet stays open pretty late. Room was nice and clean. Has all the amenities you may need. staff was very attentive. I did have one issue with the bath house putting shampoo in the conditioner bottle other than that it was a relaxing stay. They have a woman only floor...
