"We have had a great stay for our honeymoon at Royal signature hotel .The hotel was extremely clean and has been renovated to a high standard. The room had excellent facilities and aircon which was a lifesaver! The staff were really attentive and were extremely friendly! Special shout out to Cendy and Mia who were on reception, as well as Jimmi who would greet us at the door everyday. The location was excellent and was close to everything, such as the night markets, the lake and temple. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we are ever back in Hanoi again."

Hong from reception was extremely helpful and accommodating and is a real asset to the hotel, as was Lisa from the Ding Doong restaurant. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to other travellers to Hanoi."
