The staff is friendly, courteous and attentive. Drinks and food are excellent. Even parking is available in a city where it is a premium. "

"The Hotel was very quiet and accommodating. Self-service check in and available parking on property for $35/day. We liked you didn't get room keys but a personal code to enter the hotel and your room. I'm good at losing them. Will come back! "

"One of my 2 favorite hotels in Milwaukee. (The self appointed premier hotel does not offer daily housekeeping. Kimpton does). Staff are all friendly & helpful. Nightly social hour with wine & beer. Peter & Zeke are awesome bartenders. Free coffee station in the lobby each morning-so civilized & rare - so much better than crappy in room coffee machines. Room is clean & new feeling. Fantastic location- many bars & restaurants within a few blocks. Highly recommend!"

"Perfect overnight stay for attending a late night show across the street at Riverside Theater. Parking was underground & secure. Well worth the $30. Breakfast included crustless quiche, nice touch! Room was spacious, clean. Shower was hot. Service was excellent. I’ll stay again!"
