"Rooms in this boutique property are managed remotely so no personal contact with any staff during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Property is located within the city walks but outside of the ZTL and there are several parking options (although quite expensive). Lucca is well worth visiting with plenty of sights to see and lots of dining options."
