"To start with, it's an ideal location for visiting Edinburgh's historic district. With much within walking distance getting to see this beautiful city was easy. The hotel, as an anchor point was ideal. Service levels were, as one would expect from a premium brand, superb. From the concierge and the entire support team, through the front desk staff attending to guests' needs and inquiries, to the staff in the hotel's Eve restaurant, who provided an excellent level of attention. (I can't speak for the other restaurant as we did not have the opportunity to patronise that establishment.) I will gladly return to this hotel in the future. "

I walked into the 7 th floor registration, chatted a moment, signed and turned around to get my luggage— AND IT WAS GONE!! O they said, it is already in your room. The glass of champagne at registration; was a neat soft touch!"
