The room had a balcony, but the side barrier was torn down so everyone's balconies were connected and it looked very dirty and gross. The room was nice and clean though. The restaurant bar had very good food. I would recommend valet parking vs self parking. It was extremely difficult to cut through traffic to get to the parking garage.

Heat in room was not working, it was very cold. Shower head dirty. Toilet did not have a seat. Only 2 elevators were working so waiting was a long time, hotel has may floors. I survived for a 1 night stay but wouldn’t recommend for multiple nights. Just pay a little extra for a better hotel to be comfortable.
