An older building, but it was clean and functional.

Super easy location to get to, right off the interstate. Room was generally clean and the bed was clean and soft. The outside needs a little love and updating but sleeping was quiet and comfortable. Didn't get to sample the breakfast nook as the lobby was locked when we left the hotel. Very decent price

No table in king room just a desk with a beat up chair. But was clean and ok for a quick one night stay. Bed was very comfortable!

This was an okay place to stay for one night while traveling through and enjoying a concert at Warner vineyards.

They cancelled our reservation leaving us stranded. A woman gave us her room. They tried to rebook the room knowing it was dirty. Almost had to get police involved. Nightmare experience.

It was extremely run down and filthy! I had been five nights while visiting family. Had to check out after two nights. It was so noisy and disgusting I had to find other accommodations elsewhere. I was assured by the staff that my remaining balance would be returned to my card. A week later I’m still waiting. I filed a claim with my bank today. Two days after I checked out they attempted to charge me another $200 and some dollars. I called my bank and had them stop that charge. I had stayed there several years ago but will never stay there again!

6/10 不错

The hotel is not kept up well. The halls and stairways really beaten up, new carpeting is needed in the hallways. However, having said that, the room was very clean, and the bed comfy. Room smelled strongly of smoke tho, and i know why. I saw other guests smoking in theIr doorways with the door open. They think that doesnt stink up the room? This hotel is suitable for a quick overnight if you're going to a concert at Warners; other hotels cost twice as much.

Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. Advertising free breakfast but none was ever served. Faucet was dirty over the sink. A table lamp was provided for the sink area. We will never rent there again.

The people were all amazing and helpfully worked toward resolution, but there were a lot of broken promises and the room failed at a basic level. I had to check in very late (nearly midnight) and got confirmation that my room that was already paid for would be held. The clerk who did the check in was pleasant for midnight. Upon being ready for bed and pulling back my covers to get into bed, I discovered body hair on the fitted sheet from a previous occupant. It wasn't just one hair, which might have been stuck coming out of the dryer. There were three I saw. I dressed and went down to the office to get new sheets at nearly 12:30. I offered to put them on myself. The clerk explained they have a new housekeeper that is training and will need to have a discussion with, but a senior housekeeper would tend to the problem. (When I came back late that night, the room had not been made up.) The following morning, I was ready for my shower, but discovered there were not wash cloths in the room. I dressed and went to the office to get a wash cloth, which was promptly provided. Other missing items were cups for water, cups for coffee, any coffee at all - even though there was a coffee maker for one cup and plastic wrapped sugars, stirrers, creamers, etc. Finally, the exhaust fan connected to the bathroom light made weird noises when I turned it on the second morning for about 5 minutes, then made the loud motor noises by the time I was halfway through my shower. It was a cheap stay
