The rooftop access to bar and pool of the Carmen hotel had amazing views of the ocean and more relaxing if you didn’t want to be on the sandy beach. The only downside was there is no onsite parking and we had to drag luggage down main streets and park blocks away. Expect it to be busy, noise and regular activities along a main strip of a city. "
