You are in the heart of the shopping/dining district in Zermatt. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and the room was very spacious with modern amenities. "We had room 14 and would have had view on the Matterhorn if conditions would have been better. Room confortable for three nights and very central. Very good value for money in Zermatt. Fernanda is a very nice person. Good breakfast. Only negative point for me, as a tall person, was the height of the ceiling in the shower. "

"Headed to Italy for some summer skiing on the Cervinia glacier. This was further away than I thought it would be, but not too far. Accomodations were simple and solid. Breakfast was good. Hosts were great. There is absolutely nothing negative to say here. It's not fancy, but for a moderate cost alpine hotel, it was exactly what we needed and expected. Definitely recommend."
