"The hotel staff from Eduardo at front desk. Herve ensuring guests are happy with his great smile. Lorenzo, Mick, Odman ensured we were serviced every night on the rooftop. Every staff member wanted to ensure we had recommendations for places to visit. The hotel was always clean and smelled great even in elevator. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner had delicious food and drinks. Best hotel for ambiance, safety, comfort and hospitality. "

"I really want to give this place a great rating, but unfortunately I can't. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We felt very welcomed. However, the room was so small. There was no air conditioning. One of our beds leaned to the right. They did not have ice, although they have an ice machine, and the breakfast was not very good. We also had bugs in our bathroom. The wifi was spotty, and the hotel was really not within walking distance to the main tourist attractions as we thought. Sorry Hotel Roubaix, but thank you for the welcome."

"Tidy and clean apartment in Paris, in a building seemingly dedicated to short-term stays. They cram a lot in in a small space, so think carefully before booking the cheapest/smallest-sized units. Only complaint is that there is no dedicated WiFi for each unit; rather there are a series of shared routers. My unit could not receive a consistent signal for the designated routers for which a password was given, although other signals (from different parts of the building) appeared."

"Had a wonderful stay here, close to restaurants cafes. We opted out of the breakfast because there are so many options close by . My only question was it shows there is a bar as an amenity and it was not open during our stay. It did not detract from our time there. Would definitely stay again."

"Had everything one would need during their stay in France including a sizeable freezer that can fit up to 14 bricks of beurre. Very close to the mall and train as well"

"Great location, clean room, friendly staff! This was a great home base for our exploration of Paris. The location was walkable to public transportation, restaurants, and was a short walk to the Louvre. Room was small but clean, and functional. Luggage storage lockers and washer were helpful. Would recommend!"
