"Staff was wonderful! Buffet was really good....changed up throughout our stay. was AMAZING to see all the "wildlife" monkeys, deer, birds, lizards, iguanas and so much more. Excaret Park was a wonderful add in....although the site says it is a 15 min walk from the hotel...that is not true...maybe 6, really close! SHOUT OUT to Perla at the concierge desk she was so personable, friendly and very helpful"

"Our stay at Devossion by Live Aqua was incredible. Our butler team, Martin and Guillermo, went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They were very friendly and checked in with us frequently to make sure we were happy. They even surprised with us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on our last day for our honeymoon. Special shout out to Santos at the Italian restaurant as well for taking great care of us as well! Our room was beautiful with an ocean view and our very own plunge pool, waterfall shower, and soaker tub. Overall we would 10/10 recommend staying at this resort and hope we can make it back again one day!"

"Excellent vacation! Great room, comfortable bed, outstanding cleanliness, delicious food and amazing staff. Expedia welcomed us with a bottle of champagne in our room and a message on the bed in flowers. Dinner reservations were made for us every night at a different restaurant. The couples massages were definitely a highlight and the beach was beautiful! I highly recommend this property and booking through Expedia! 10/10. Definitely an experience we will never forget!!!"

"I was a first-time visitor and the experience was amazing. Check-in with Fernanda was easy, professional, and quick. We spent most of our time in Lounge 24, where Laura, Andrés, and Griselda were the best—Griselda and Laura constantly checked on us, and Andrés took the time to show us around. I also loved sitting at the Daiquiri Bar; Nelsi is the sweetest. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman working the pool towels, but he was great as well. And you can’t forget the beach waiter, Kevin—funny and awesome. Our housekeeper, Araceli, made sure our room was always spotless, and we loved the different towel-animal creations she left for us each day. Overall, the experience was wonderful and almost everyone we encountered was lovely and kind. Unfortunately, our last night at the Italian restaurant was disappointing, as we felt we were treated poorly. I hope management addresses this, because everything else about our stay was truly exceptional."
