"Many things broken in the rooms. Very small beds. Desk was broken. Window locks did not lock the window on first floor with no screen. Anybodu could have entered our room as they well pleased during the night. Shower head broken. Curtain holder broken. Pretty low price, still too much for what it was."

"Easy access off of I-25. Close to shopping and not too far from the hospital. Had a procedure early morning and stayed here so we didn't have to drive hours in the am. Convenient."

"There was something on the wall behind the toilet paper roll. I reported it but it was never cleaned. The rest of the room was clean. "

"The microwave shorted out after 30 seconds and trips switch, the TV didn’t work. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t flush and they don’t have one in the lobby. Had to lug my bag up a flight of stairs cause there’s no elevator. There were bums hanging outside of my window. Only two lights work in the room. I need to just ask to switch rooms, but I don’t know if it’ll make a difference "

"Stayed one day, found the room clean and quiet. Good coffee, but rest of breakfast lacking."
