"Checking in was smooth and quick however i was told i had to pay a deposit for something was hard to understand the person checking me in i loved we arrived early and was able to park in garage until check in time with fee was pretty pricey. Breakfast was very nice with many options to choose. The room was very clean comfortable the pillows could of been firmer yet over all it was a pleasure to stay here and the kids loved the swimming pool.location couldnt have been better literally around corner to pier39 and the wharf."

"I recently stayed at the Embassy Oyster Point for 3 nights. My stay was nothing short of excellent. Great Breakfast selection, truly enjoyed the cocktail hour and pool area. My bed was sooo comfortable and the staff was pleasant and provided great customer service."

"This hotel is dated and not worth the price that they charge. Had to have them fix the toilet twice and have them fix the sink because it wasn’t draining. The sink shouldn’t have drainage issues at this price and management should check these things. Wallpaper peeling. I get that it’s a historic hotel but I would stay somewhere else. Old school charm is fine but not at their rates. Time has passed this hotel by."

"Absolutely love this hotel! It was my 3rd visit and the only place I’ll stay when visiting SF. Feels very safe which is always my number one concern. Everything is clean and staff is excellent. It is at the perfect location, walking distance to tons of bars, restaurants and stores. Can’t wait to be back. Thanks for the terrific hospitality !"

"Family of 7 with little ones here. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice and clean and the service was good. I didn't like that we had to pay for parking, $75/night. No breakfast and no microwave in our room. That was inconvenient. Besides that we had great time. The room had comfy beds and the bathroom was stocked."

"I went to front desk to ask what the wi fi password was. No problem. But the woman at the desk refused to give me the password until I went back to my room , got my key envelope and had to PROVE that I hadn’t been given the password. That was rude"
