"Inside was fairly clean. The outside could use a power spray cleaning at least every week from the smell of urine. Luggage Staff was extremely helpful. Check-in Staff that helped me could be more friendly to encourage customers to come back. Overall stay was okay to good."

"Room was nice. With a great view. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We left our luggage there after we checked out so we could go visit Alcatraz. The staff who checked our bags was very helpful. Also helped that he was from Arkansas and we used to live in Arkansas as well. Excellent hotel highly recommend"
