"Nope no work space eother. Managment was unprofessional yelled at ne becaise it was inconveint for me to let matnence in to fix tolliet that was leaking. Rude. Embaressing discrinatory and hostile behavior yelling at me telling me what to do and the next day i was told to leave becaise my dog which my dog never ever came close to contacr but her words were my dog attacked her maitnence man. "

"Booked this spot for $204 thinking I’d get a decent night’s rest, a shower, and a general sense of “I’ll probably survive.” Technically… I got 2 out of 3. Arrival felt less like check-in and more like entering a VIP event where the dress code is “follow the car in front of you and hope for the best.” Gated? Yes. Secure? Let’s call it… optimistic. Bonus entertainment included distant gunshots, tire screeches, police lights like a disco ball and some very entrepreneurial night walkers making their rounds. Don’t make eye contact if you aren’t look for a short term roommate for the night. The room itself had personality. The mattress, for example, tried to fold me into it like a taco the moment I sat down. I’m not that heavy, but it clearly had ambitions. Sheets were bug-free (huge win), though they did feature a few artistic burn holes…abstract expressionism, cigarette edition. Cockroaches were very kind to stay outside, or at least not make an appearance inside so for that I am thankful. The bathroom? A visual experience. I considered showering but ultimately decided my shoes deserved better, and my dignity agreed. End result: I slept in my clothes, hood up, headphones on, door locked like Fort Knox, and one eye open like a paranoid raccoon. Woke up alive, car still there, and honestly… that’s a successful stay. Would I recommend it? Only if you enjoy a little adrenaline with your overnight accommodations. Not for the faint of heart, but definitely unforgettable. "

"The property is undergoing renovations which will be very nice. Our room was a renovated room but was not cleaned or restocked (empty showers products and no linens for the pull out bed) the way we have experienced during previous stays. The previous guests left clothes in the drawers that were not cleaned out. While we still had a great time at the water park many of the lounge chairs were removed and or broken. The water stations were also not refilled."

"Customer Service is average, carry your own towel, body lotion, body wash before you go this hotel and carry food as well. There is a no vending machine. Just only coffee machine there breakfast not available. Room empty then furniture."
