"Staff was very friendly very responsive! We didn't have air conditioning in our room although they were unable to fix it each time we called someone came right away. Resort is very clean and nice! Pool and beach are amazing!! Downside again we didn't have air conditioning thank goodness each night was cool enough to sleep with the sliding glass door open! The food was subpar. 4/5 Will stay here again "

"I've stayed in Cancun many times and this was one of my favourite hotels. The hotel rooms were new and clean and very comfortable. We upgraded for an ocean view and it was beautiful. The food was amazing. The food was amazing, but what stood out the most was the staff. All staff members throughout the entire resort were very friendly and happy to be there working and wanted to make sure that all guest received good service. Every day we went to the pool and sat in the same section because we truly enjoyed Pedro. He made our trip. He was always willing to go above and beyond. If I were to give one critique, it's the beach itself. I loved the beach, but it was too small and I very much enjoy having beach chairs on the beach for at least one or two days of my vacation, but I was unable to do that. That wouldn't prevent me from returning to this resort because I found it excellent."

"Stay was really good. Resort is really nice and easily accessible to beach , pool, kids zone and bar and restaurant. Food was good also and they have shows every night which we really enjoyed. Room service was great and rooms were always left neat and clean during room service. "
