"I like most the clealiness of the property and availability of the staff. While for the location just 10 min walk to Shimbashi commercial area. Also accessible to two line stations (Onarimon and Asakusa) that within 7 to 10 min walk."

"Room as described. It's really small, but extremely well equipped. The chef was kind enough to accommodate our vegetarian diet requests and made one of the best soups we've ever had. Washer dryer use present on the property, but it's not so efficient. 5-7 min walk from Shimbashi station, making it a very convenient spot. If you want to stay awake from Shibuya, Shinjuku, this is a very good option."

"들어가자마자 침구 위에 보이는 머리카락들, 이불을 들추니 보이는 또 다른 머리카락들 (10개 이상), 의자 위에 수북히 쌓여있는 3cm의 먼지, 배수구가 막혀서 물이 아예 내려가지 않던 욕조 (프론트에 전화했더니 직원이 어떠한 호텔 구조 때문이라 설명했으나 물이 전혀 내려가지 않는 걸 직접 보더니 놀라서 룸을 바꿔줌), 바람에 계속 덜컹거리는 창문. 난방은 괜찮았고 색감 조절이 가능한 조명도 좋았음. 직원은 친절했고 오리와 친필편지도 감동이나 객실 청결 관리가 너무 미흡하여 절대 다시는 안 갈 호텔."

"The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)"

"Good hotel. Usual fairly small but perfectly comfortable Tokyo room. Very good Japanese style breakfast served on 10th floor with good views over Iidabashi. Hotel is well situated approx 5 mins walk from JR/Metro IIdabashi station and a Family Mart and and a great Japanese supermarket a short walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again."

The area around the hotel is quiet and is close to Gaiemmae station and a little more of a walk from JR Sendagaya Station so you'll be connected to all the hot spots in Tokyo. Its location in Shinjuku also provides a close proximity to the Shinjuku nightlife as well. If that's what you're into! I would 100% stay here again. "
