"The hotel is clean with great service. Amenities were excellent with an onsite Onsen! The stager was beyond friendly and was amazingly helpful with all the bumps we had in our itinerary. They got us cabs when we couldn’t get an Uber anfter 40 mins and called the venue to let them know we were running late! They helped us ship our luggage to Tokyo for the next part of our stay when we couldn’t figure the app out. Everything they did they did with care!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!"

"This property was well maintained, in a convenient location near restaurants and shops, and a peaceful retreat from the busyness of the area. The public bath was enjoyable (though not for everyone since you must be completely naked to access it), the room was a decent size, and the shower was hot and had good pressure. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but that seems to be the norm in Japan. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It exceeded my expectations."

"Everything was wonderful! Quck taxi trip to Nishiki Market. Walking distance to 711, Family Market, & Lawson. You can do laundry at the hotel or there's a laundry mat just down the street. Loved staying here."
