"A true five-star hotel. This is a beautifully designed property staffed with kind and helpful professionals. We loved the Mansion suite - elegant furnishings and wallpaper, with a constantly refreshed "maxi-bar" full of treats. The Portrait Bar - open only to guests during the day - is a welcome respite while waiting for your room or taking a break from all the walking in the city. Especially high praise goes to the concierge, who was able to secure a reservation at one of NYC's notoriously...

"Fantastic hotel in a great area of NYC. Rooms are very nice, quiet, comfortable bed, and large for NYC. Staff very friendly. So many great restaurant and coffee house options within a 3 block radius. Low street noise given the location on Broadway where it has been turned into a pedestrian and outdoor seating area. My new favorite location for NYC trips"

"It was a very convenient location, close to Ktown and Midtown Manhattan and the train station. Luggage storage for free was a plus! We were able to sleep confortably and thr sheets were clean and crisp! Will definitely come back here!!"

"The Hotel Park Ave NYC is a great place to stay. It’s much more quiet than Times Square. It’s an easy walk to Times Square if you’re in the mood. I stayed with my daughters a few day’s before Christmas so it was a bit pricey. Easy check in/out, pleasant staff, and plenty of places to eat nearby. I haven’t had a bad stay in Manhattan thus far & I visit often. "

"Location was excellent. Near major shops like Macy’s, local grocery, eating establishments big and small. Subway and bus were within walking distance getting you around Manhattan. Room was clean and had a small kitchen, which we didn’t really use. We had our own bathroom, which is nice and convenient. All in all room was great. The street noise on Friday was a bit loud, but if you have earplugs or a noise machine it isn’t bad. "

"Perfect location. Beds were comfortable and we slept great. It’s a typical New York sized apartment but it slept all 5 of my family comfortably. Price was perfect given the location! "
