"This is about the fifth time we have stayed in this hotel and our experience is always great! This time was my wife’s birthday and staff went above and beyond to make it a great experience!"
"Extremely disappointing visit after coming here for past 15 years. Never had a hot shower, broken shower head. The hotel was empty and customer service was nonexistent; no one seemed to care. Poolside restroom out of service entire week both men and women’s room. Difficult to sleep with overly noisy ac fan. Had to shut off. Repairs requested to no avail. Pool water boiling hot. We are done. Not the place we used to love. We will not be back."
"This is a very nice hotel. The amenities are excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly but the rooms themselves are outdated with tile floorr so you hear the people upstairs moving chairs. I could hear the people next door having sex. It's too bad because the hotel itself is very nice"
