"I will agree with what most people said about the hotel being very outdated. The pictures of the resort are old! Our beds were so hard, and one had a spring sticking out."
"This hotel is very outdated and poorly maintained. Many areas appear run-down, and during our stay only one elevator was working, which caused long waits and inconvenience. Overall, the property did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend staying here."
"Love this hotel this is my second time staying here, staff is great, pools are awesome, only thing that could be better is the bar by the pool as the service was kinda slow but other than that this hotel delivers, beautiful ocean view worth paying extra for sure."
"This hotel serves its main purpose, the room was clean and the staff was decent but I think it is in need of a remodel, the difference in price compared to better hotels in the area isn’t that much so the value proposition for this hotel just isn’t there, the practice of handing you the remote control when you check in and the expectation that you bring it back at check out is something you see at lower tiers of hotels in Mexico not a resort style place as they advertise themselves"
"This was our 2nd time staying in Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan. Sofia is very kind and helpful for checking in. Morning buffets couldn't be better without Enrique and Oscar. The bar there are so many kind and helpful men including Fausto, Jesus, Juan, Guillermo, Antonio and Cruz just to name a few. Finally Isai in Cilantro's restaurant really went above and beyond to help celebrate our sons birthday. All I can say is thank you everyone for the best memories and we will return sooner than later! This is one of favorite places to visit in the world!"
