"First room we were allocated was disgustingly filthy, muld on bathroom wall and floor, peeling ceramic coating on sink ,no sink plug. Carpet stained and bedsheets dis not look to have been changed .
On speaking to reception, we were given an alternative room, which was only marginally better
Toilet was cracked and coming away from the wall .
You can no longer book the complimentary shuttle, it's first come, first served, which results in a chaotic process and long waits
Would we stay again? Never in a million years!"
"It was my husband’s bday during our stay but we never mentioned it so must be that they saw the date and they sent up a warm handwritten bday note with English Tea. Class act, very kind. Joshua in the breakfast restaurant was awesome , assisting guests who needed help- no one had to even ask, he saw they were struggling or looking for something. Also saw another employee in the breakfast area assisting a handicapped woman."
