"I’ve stayed here a fair bit and it’s usually good but this trip was awful, they are doing renovations in the foyer and the noise was awful, how the staff can work in that I don’t know AND no warning on their website . We had a room with not hot water and then moved to one with aircon not working, the second room was really badly maintained. Terrible stay this time!"
"There was a passenger drop off fee that was not mentioned prior to booking… Which felt a little excessive. The walk to the airport was easy, the shop in the hotel was closed, when it said, it should’ve been open. The bed was nice, but the shower didn’t have great pressure."
"The perfect start to our holiday
After a 3 hour train journey we relaxed in the bar and enjoyed a delicious meal. There was a great atmosphere in the bar which was busy but the service was very efficient. Our room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The automated check-in and check-out was impersonal but meant we didn't have to queue at reception to check in. We took the courtesy bus to the terminal to avoid the heavy rain - an excellent service. We left for our holiday in a relaxed mood - the perfect start to our holiday."
"Twin bed . Beds narrow. No lock on bathroom door. Staff helpful . Handrail hook needed in toilet. Otherwise a comfortable , relaxed central hotel. 3 star. Very very good for 3 stars."
"The location is great, and the service is good. However, the furniture is quite old. The beds are already deformed, and I can feel the springs. All the lounge chairs and sofas are missing foam. I had to sit in the corner because the seats are too deep and don’t support my bottom or back. The place really needs some updates. "
