"Very helpful & professional staff. Let us park in the hotel garage, which we weren’t aware of parking there till we arrived. Very nice hotel. Only wish we’d had more time to spend there. Beautifully room & pool, bar, etc. "
"Great location and beautiful room. Hotel is across street from Medici chapel and 5 minute walk to Duomo. The Leather market is a block away and there is an atm and grocery store on the same block as hotel. Many restaurants nearby as well. Will definitely stay here again my next visit to Florence. "
