Únicos pontos a melhorar para mim como um todo é o ambiente do café da manhã, que pode ser bem mais agradável, uma iluminação mais legal e mais decorado - tal como é o restante do hotel, e a temperatura das piscinas aquecidas, onde alguma das 3 piscinas poderia ser mais quente que as demais. Estava 14ºC em Gramado e a água estava um pouco desagradável em todas."

"This is a well staffed and professionally operated property. Buffet breakfast with many options. Restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Service and Wait staff also excellent. My only complaint is that building is old and in need of some maintenance and upgrades. But having said that, I would happily return to this property."

"Great remodeled room. Big bed:)) Pool area was very enjoyable. Heated pool is 80+ degrees F in winter. Very nice. "

"The hotel was modern and very clean. The front desk staff and the concierge were amazing, they were very friendly and responsive. The location is excellent, you have shopping right next to the hotel and there's another mall almost across the street. The view from the room was great, I had a great view of Guaiba Lake. We paid for valet parking and it was worth it, never a problem. Just park in front of the hotel and turn in your keys. I highly recommend The DoubleTree Hotel in Porto Alegre. I will be staying there the next time I visit Porto Alegre,"

"Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room ."
