"Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms"

"Overall, our stay was decent and the room was spacious, fairly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fine and the coffee was very good. There were a few issues during our stay. Check-in felt a bit rushed as the staff member was on the phone while handing us our key and we weren’t given directions to our room. We also found food left in the fridge and noticed some makeup smears on the sofa. Staff did apologize when we brought it to their attention, which we appreciated. One other small frustration was being interrupted twice by housekeeping before the noon checkout time while we were still in the room. The hotel itself is somewhat dated, but that wasn’t a major concern for us. Overall, it was an okay stay with a few areas that could use improvement."

"Not sure what happened within the past year but this year’s stay was less than desirable, obvious the room was not cleaned from previous guest, dirt all around the bathroom/bathtub, no clean towels & no toilet paper The guest service gal was very rude like we were a bother , will not return, I’d actually like a refund!!!"

"Halls smelled like pot. Room had an odor that you became accustomed to. Room was clean. Bed sheets were clean, bedspread had cigarette burns. Bathroom was clean also. We found the bed very uncomfortable. Not our worst stay at a motel. We were looking for a less pricey motel that would take our dogs. Pet friendly was their selling point and they delivered there."

"This hotel was excellent. Everything about the stay was great. The valet was convenient and prompt. We never had to wait longer than 5-7 minutes for the car to arrive after requesting it on the app. The room was spacious and we we able to comfortably fit a roll-away for one of our children. The steakhouse in the hotel was great. They even had an exceptional weller antique 107 pick that is rare to find."

"I love the pool perfect for a family outing, also has a bar in the facility, so you can stay safe. And the location has multiple restaurants around, so it has multiple food options."

"Great place to stay while birding the Lake Erie coast! Very convenient to places like Magee Marsh, East Harbor State Park, etc. Excellent breakfast buffet and I was able to grab coffee and a muffin before the 6am official start. Nice selection of restaurants in very easy walking distance. The take-out Hibachi meal was delicious!!"

"The hot tub was out of order. Huge bummer from the get go. But other than that, the place was nice and clean. The rooms were clean. The continental breakfast only had cold items but was adequate. For the price, we will stay there again"
