"The staff went above and beyond to help us with our every need. They did our laundry, called us taxis, helped us with dinner reservations and bar needs, as well as move one of our rooms to the first floor when we had a group member have an accident in Torres Del Paine and need a first floor room due to a leg injury. The rooms were neat and clean and the property was beautiful. There is a little restaurant on the water just a short walk away along the coast and the food was amazing. The hot tubs were awesome but needed to be reserved in advance - highly recommend. This was an amazing hotel and the staff were top knotch."
"We had great stays at Hostal Baquedano before and after hiking the O-Trek in Torres del Paine. The breakfast was substantial with a good variety. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Location is just a 10-15 minute walk from the bus station and from nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and Plaza de Armas. They held our bags while we were away on the O-Trek, as well. This is a great hostal! "
"Nice room, lovely staff that even prepared a early breakfast for us. Great views from the rooftop bar and we were even treated to a welcome drink.
Only slight snag was that the shower was rather tiny and leaked onto the floor. Also, the parking situation in the town/city isn't ideal. "

"We arrived very late, around midnight, and didn’t realize that the reception on this side was already closed. However, we were able to check in at the Almasur Hotel next to the express. The staff at Almasur were extremely friendly and helpful—much more so than the express reception.
Unfortunately, we had a flat tire, and the Almasur hotel staff went out of their way to assist us by calling local tire shops on our behalf. Since it was Saturday, many shops were unavailable, but they kindly allowed us to leave our car in their parking lot until we could get the tire fixed, which helped us tremendously.
The express hotel room itself was cozy. While not very large and with a bed on the smaller side, it is quite new and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the Almasur Hotel to my family and friends, and I would happily stay here again if I return."
