"Best experience ever"

"We recently had a magical family stay at the SLS Cancun All-Inclusive Resort, and it was fantastic. Traveling with my wife, our toddler, and our baby, we were looking for a place that offered luxury but was also family-friendly. From the moment we arrived, the resort felt like a palace—pristine, exclusive, and truly opulent. We stayed in a higher-end ocean view room with about 800 square feet, two balconies—one with a jacuzzi—and stunning views of the ocean and marina. It was a bit of a walk from the elevator, but that meant more privacy. The resort really shines for families—there’s a kids’ club, kiddie pool, and plenty of children’s activities. Our toddler loved it, and we felt completely at ease. Dining was excellent with a variety of restaurants and outstanding service. Even though we didn’t dive into the adult-only amenities this time, we know there’s a luxurious spa and a nanny service if we come back. Overall, it’s a place we’d happily return to for both family fun and a little luxury. "

"We had SUCH an incredible time! That resort felt like you were in a jungle but with all the modern convinces! The food was awesome (we have been been to at least 10 resorts in Cancun and this was by far the best! However the part that made it really great was the people. They work SO incredibly hard and make sure you are always happy! In particular Angel (worked by the pool and kept us out of the sun, cleaned our sun glasses and made sure we always had fresh towels and good convo), Irineo (I was never without a drink in my hand from him), Pedro and Josue! We genuinely enjoyed getting to know them and getting to know a little about their life! The room was impeccably clean and well stocked! We will be back! "

"If anyone is thinking about staying at this property, the answer is YES — this is truly one of the best resorts in the Cancún Costa Mujeres area. Everything was a 10/10. The staff is outstanding. From check-in onward, everyone treated us with courtesy and warmth. Luis from the management team is amazing! always checking in to make sure everything was going well through our whole stay , Julio from guest services was extremely helpful , and Tomas Jonathan and Carla in the restaurants provided amazing service. The rooms were always impeccable, and the beach in this area is absolutely beautiful. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay — we would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort."

"I rely on reviews not just on Expedia but other travel sites before I eventually book on Expedia the majority of the time for family vacations. I have found that the majority of the reviews for the Finest were spot on. I’m not in hotel management but from what we observed from the excellent service, the staff must be treated well and compensated fairly. I never felt pressured or treated differently when served either on the beach or by the pool to tip. We did tip occasionally but not every time we were served. Servers on the beach were amazing Adel and Flora. Other servers went out of their way to ask if we needed anything. We did have some AC issues a couple times in our room, but maintenance was attentive and very nice. If it was the hot season, we would have been a bit more inconvenienced from the AC issues. We chose to get a round trip private transportation from their partner Seasons transport and it was flawless and worth the price $150 total for 5 passengers 3 adults 2 kids. Overall, very happy we chose Finest Playa Mujeres. My other possible choice was Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancún All Inclusive Spa & Resort due to the reviews. We may choose this resort next vacation and eventually go back to the Finest Playa Mujeres. We like changing it up but we can’t go wrong with the Finest Playa Mujeres. "
