"We were down graded to one queen bed. Which had small black hairs under the pillows and a big hair ball in my folded towels! The staff tried to make things right. But in the morning the sunday manager was very unprofessional to tell us that the manager that did try to fix things was going to get into trouble... Which is not ver professional! In our group that was staying they also told a costumer that there was no room for her!!! Your workers were fantastic and tryn to make thongs right! So thanks to them. But for the outrageous money they i paid it was not worth it and i would never stay again"

"We always love staying at castaway Bay. A few disappointments this time. It seems they opened and closed a lot of the slides. We went to get ice cream on Saturday night and they were out of almost every topping. They said they were out of sprinkles but I saw a box there on the counter. I think they just didn't want to open the new box because it was the end of the evening. There's not a lot of other options so they should cater until the end of the day. "
"Rooms are small. Staff members were sometimes more focused on the task assigned than guests! As an older lady I would expect a young employee to give way to a guest carrying luggage. At least let them on the elevator rather than stepping front and almost pushing you out of the way! I would as like it was St Patrick’s Day and people were loading their rooms for celebrations but guests just trying to get to their room should be given consideration. We paid the same or higher rate! "
"I arrived late. There was no food other than truly inedible stuff at the bar, where the staff did not welcome being disturbed. But the front desk staff were great and the concierge was wonderful! He's what accounts for the five stars "
"The shower in the room didn't work.
The hot tub is good but a little aggressive with the bubbles. Still enjoyed it. The pool was nice. We slept well but the walls are thin we could hear exactly what the people on the otherside of the wall where saying.
We turned on sleep sounds and then slept well. The gentlemen who checked us is was 10/10."
