"The room toiletry bottles were nearly empty when we arrived, after housekeeping reset the room, the bottles were not refilled. Luckily I brought my own shampoo/conditioner and body wash but I thought it so odd that they weren't filled not even once during our 3 night stay and that they were empty to begin with.
Also, parking is a big business in Niagara Fall area. You are better off going to the lot across the street yourself to pay $20 a day rather than get a parking pass from the hotel to park in the same lot for $35. Parking on the hotel lot is $70 and valet $100CAD. Don't be lazy, park it yourself across the street and save yourself the money.
The onsite amenities, restaurants and easy access to things was great."
"Stayed at the Chelsea many many times and it will forever be my favourite. Room is always clean, love having a balcony, staff is fantastic, and location is perfect."
"This hotel has bed bugs. In the hide a bed we found clear indications of bed bugs. The couch had blood stains and was never cleaned. This was at 1 am and front desk came up, took pictures and confirmed they had one room that was treated last month. That room was treated. Nothing else. They also told us that"
"Great place to stay! Very nice place with great staff. We've stayed a few times now and will be back. It's got a great location of your hanging out at Clifton Hill!"
