"Honestly I was very disappointed. My room was on the 2nd floor in the appendix attached to the main hotel tower. The way to my room was through corridors and small sets of stairs didn't even think that such rooms are exist. Like going through a catacomb. Especially if you have a luggage to carry on as you are simply can't use those trolleys to help out. Plus they were charging me for parking like $50+HST per night. So my the most terrifying experience at Niagara Falls."
"I'll start with the best part: the location and fantastic view of the two waterfalls that make up Niagara Falls. The staff and attention were superb, from reception to valet parking and security. Excellent memories of my stay."
"We will definitely be staying here again! The location was perfect. Greeted with such friendly staff, and a super quick check in! The breakfast buffet was excellent!!!! Love that it’s included in your stay!"
"The hotel feels old, the bathroom door didn't close much less lock, there was a little door open behind the bathroom probably used for repairs and it didn't close either, the A/C makes a noise frequently like a thump, like someone dropped something. I wanted to watch TV and when I picked the remote, it was really dirty, like it had been weeks without cleaning it, which made me wonder what else was not cleaned??? I only spent 2 nights here, after spending a few nights in another hotel nearby, considering the price difference, I would recommend looking for other options.
I didn't use the amenities, the location is really good which is why I picked it, there are a lot of restaurants, shopping mall, stores, etc., within walking distance.
Check-in and checkout were easy, elevators are separated by level groups, which made it easy to use without a lot of waiting time."
