"Hotel was clean and modern. Everything is small, but this is expected in NYC. Great location. Only challenge was you had to wait a long time for the elevator at peak times."
"Read the small print extra $30 a day plus tax…if leaving luggage $6.00 each piece. Bathroom flooded with every shower, not talking a little wet talking about standing water. Electric shade did not work, had to change rooms due to water in bathroom, spent several hours of a very short weekend dealing with room issues. Bed time delayed

"Shampoo bottle was empty, next day the conditioner was out too. Had to request more toilet paper as well as towels. Garbage was tiny. Room small. Under construction. Couple times the elevator system was not good! "
"I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing.
The room was extremely small — there wasn’t even enough space for two suitcases, which made the stay uncomfortable from the start. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with the ceiling showing clear signs of water damage and deterioration.
Housekeeping was inconsistent and below basic expectations. We were not provided with fresh towels daily and had to call every single time to request them. The bathroom trash was not emptied during our stay, and when we finally asked for it to be taken care of, they removed the trash can and never brought it back until we called again.
Overall, the lack of maintenance and poor housekeeping service made the stay frustrating. The only redeeming aspect of this hotel is its location — beyond that, I would not recommend staying here. "
