"Loved this hotel! It is exactly what we wanted, a real NYC art deco location. The staff were very nice and helpful. Security was not "in your face," but there making sure only guests are able to go into the room floors. This hotel is in a great location, center of Time Square, Theatre District and close to Mid Town. Subway was a quick walk. Getting around NYC was a breeze! Our room was very clean, no bugs, etc! Our housekeeper was great! Since there is no dressers (we were staying for 8 days) so this was a bit of an issue, she arranged for us to have 2 additional suitcase stands, which solved the issue! Another plus, we got free bottled water each day…NO $5 CHARGE PER BOTTLE! Will stay at this quaint, beautiful hotel again!"
