"We had stayed at this property before but this was not a good experience. There were so many issues. First room smelled like smoke. They had no problems moving us to another room. But then this room had problems with the shower head. It kept breaking. Couldn't control the temperature. And at one point could not turn the shower off. The staff was great with trying to fix it. They had to come by several times. Then the toilet back filled. they fixed it and the next day it was backing up. These are things you shouldn't have to worry about on vacation. "
