"我訂的客房，沐浴的地方，沒有活動的噴水，直接從牆壁上灑水下來，很不方便，請接待人員更換有手拿噴水的房 間，需補升等房價。
我住那麼多酒店，浴室都有配備手拿噴水的。
喜來登泗水的房間，需改進有手拿噴水的設備。我又住7天，理應免費升等免加價才對。真不會做生意。
